A FOUNDATION FOR LIFELONG LEARNING

The Creative Arts

At Cundall Manor School, creativity is woven throughout school life. From Art, Textiles and Design Technology to Drama, Music and public performance, pupils are encouraged to explore ideas, express themselves confidently and develop creative skills that extend far beyond the classroom.

Our Creative Arts programme nurtures imagination, resilience, collaboration and individuality. Whether performing on stage, composing music, designing products or creating artwork, pupils are supported by passionate teachers who inspire curiosity and creativity at every age.

The arts play a vital role in helping children grow into confident, expressive and well-rounded young people, while also developing valuable communication, problem-solving and leadership skills for the future.

Displays and exhibitions across the school celebrate their achievements and foster a lifelong appreciation of the arts.

The department was recently recognised with the ISA Department of Excellence Award, while a Year 6 pupil won First Prize at the ISA National Art Finals. Four other pupils were also highly commended, reflecting the exceptional standard and breadth of artistic talent throughout the school.
