Our enrichment programme is an opportunity for pupils to experience a wide range of activities.
We believe enrichment promotes employability, and academic attainment and teaches students the skills they need to make good, informed life choices.
The list is not exhaustive and changes every year in response to pupils’s needs and staff skills and interests. There is something for everyone and most importantly, an opportunity for them to track their progress, build confidence and ability, and maintain a permanent record of achievement to showcase when applying for the next stage of their education/career to set them apart from other applicants.
Enrichment takes part during term time every day between 3:20pm -4pm for Pre-Prep and 4:10pm until 5pm for Prep and above. Enrichment subjects are set in age-appropriate classes and learning environments. Enrichments for the most part are inclusive of school fees, with only a minority such as Judo and Horse riding that require additional contributions.
Information regarding enrichments, Saturday activities and other weekly activities will be given to your child by their Form Teacher.

In 2020, the World Economic Forum (WEF) released its list of skills that children would need to meet the needs of our rapidly changing world.
A third of these skills were the traditional “hard skills” – reading, writing and arithmetic – knowledge. These could be regarded as IQ skills.
The other two-thirds are what could be described as “soft skills”. So what are these skills? In 2018, the WEF released a further list: Judgement, decision making and people skills; Critical Thinking; Complex problem-solving; Cognitive flexibility; Emotional Intelligence and service orientation; Creativity; Coordination and Negotiation.
Developing a thriving enrichment program is essential for our young people of today. We believe enrichment promotes employability, and academic attainment and teaches students the skills they need to make good, informed choices. A successful enrichment programme can promote the life skills needed for everyday life, and develop “soft skills” that employers and universities look for, while also allowing students to find out more about their interests and passions.
